Note to self: don't try to attempt 50 push-ups, 25 sit-ups and over 40 squats before you go to bed. It doesn't end well.

Once I did 150 sit ups and forty push-ups before bed. IT WAS SO DISAPOINTING!! I wasn't even sore the next day! :(

I could probably do that if I took out the squats (I do 'em like Zack Fair LOL). Those tire me out after 30. Jump-roping for a minute? I'd rather do that, but my room is too freakin' small. :P
